Warranty
CONTENT OF WARRANTY
- The total warranty period of the new car is 5 years or 150,000 km (whichever is sooner) from the date of the sales contract, subject to the exceptions provided in the relevant clauses of this contract.
- According to the agreement of the parties, the Warranty period ends when any of the following facts occur.
2.1. When 60 calendar months have passed since the date of the car sales contract;
2.2. When the distance traveled by car is more than 150000 km. - The manufacturing company determines the corresponding warranty periods for the wear parts of the car, which are listed in the table below.

THE FOLLOWING IS NOT WARRANTED
1. To non-original spare parts and accessories that were subsequently changed;
2. Non-original accessories installed at the customer's request;
3. Any accessories or equipment installed outside of the official Service center or malfunctions resulting from the installation of such equipment.
4. Parts subject to wear, wear, and external influences (clutch, brake discs, brake shoes, car interior, steering wheel, handles, lubricants, and rubber parts) depending on the driver's operating procedure and the car's maintenance conditions.
5. Damages and deficiencies caused by the following reasons:
5.1. Improper use, accidents, theft or fire;
5.2. When unsuitable or dirty fuel, lubricants and liquids are used;
5.3. If the relevant services specified in the Periodic Technical Service section of the relevant model are not performed;
5.4. When non-original MG (Morris Garages) spare parts are used;
5.5. Alterations or unprofessional, inappropriate repairs;
5.6. Stone and gravel damage, chemical damage, tree falling on the car, salt, hail, storm, lightning and other natural phenomena;
5.7. Repair works not carried out by an official MG (Morris Garages) distributor and their consequences, carrying out operations on or on the vehicle not recommended by the manufacturer or official distributor;
6. Color, workmanship and other visible parts do not wear according to the norm;
7. To any part of cars whose speedometer readings have been changed or whose mileage reading cannot be determined due to any external interference;
8. Accidents, other incidents, including damages caused to the car as a result of traffic violations, natural disasters, commercial losses and similar cases;
9. To the results of all other interferences arising due to the use of dirty or non-standard fuel and lubricant materials, as well as due to operation contrary to the recommendations of the car manufacturer;
10. In cases of deterioration of the color of the salon and other visible parts, as well as the results of noises (silencing works) caused by operation in the salon;
11. Rubber parts and details in the car;
12. Mirrors and glasses;
13. Cases related to the adjustment of doors;
14. In cases of car damage as a result of accidents or natural disasters;
15. Problems related to the requirements of domestic rules and laws or environmental protection requirements;
16. As a result of non-observance of the conditions of storage and operation of the car, the malfunctions that occurred;
17. To all cases not related to manufacturer's or distributor's errors, except as provided in the relevant purchase agreement and this agreement.
DUTIES OF BUYER
- The car owner must treat his car with care, submit it for maintenance on time and use it according to its purpose, as indicated in the Technical Service section of the car information book and warranty book.
- The vehicle must be brought to an official service center of an authorized MG (Morris Garages) distributor at your own expense for appropriate warranty service.
- Car engine oil should be changed after every 7500 km or every 6 months.
- When the vehicle is handed over, it must inform the Seller about its color, processing and other visible defects without delay within 2 (two) working days from the date of handover.
- To answer all questions about the service, he must remember the services provided to the car.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The car owner's warranty rights are terminated until the warranty period expires in the following cases:
- Self-disassembly or repair of car parts outside the recommended Official Service Center located at Yenikend corner 11, Keshla settlement, Baku city.
- Non-observance of the periodic current technical inspection and maintenance rules by the car owner as stipulated in the car data book, especially not changing the engine oil every 7500 km or at least once every 6 months, regardless of the distance traveled.
- Unauthorized replacement of any spare part or installation of non-original spare parts and other equipment in the vehicle.
- Changing the structure of the car or installing additional electrical and other devices.
- Damage to the vehicle during accidents not related to technical defects and malfunctions related to manufacturer's errors.
- Using the vehicle as a training vehicle in sports competitions or for learning to drive in any other form.
- Damage to the vehicle due to force majeure.
- In case of malfunctions due to excessive power of the car;
- To the parts that failed as a result of washing the engine part of the car under high pressure
OTHER CONDITIONS
- Proper periodic maintenance of the vehicle is considered essential for safe use of the vehicle and low overall operating costs.
- Periodic maintenance services are minimum requirements and should be carried out at the initiative of the car owner.
- The authorized service center independently determines the methods and methods of repairs carried out in order to eliminate any malfunctions occurring in the car during the warranty period. The buyer has no right to directly intervene in the maintenance and repair process.
- The duration of the repair process, which is carried out in order to eliminate any malfunctions occurring in the vehicle during the warranty period, depends on the characteristics of the vehicle in each case and is not limited by time.
- The need for additional maintenance may arise depending on weather, atmospheric phenomena, varying quality of highways, improper operation and individual driving ability.
- Any damage that may occur due to failure to perform the appropriate maintenance services recommended or performance of services not recommended under this contract is not covered by the warranty terms.
- The parties agree that free, periodic and warranty services provided to the car by an official representative with an authorized official technical service center are an important condition for ensuring mutual interests.
- Warranty conditions are valid in the country where the vehicle is sold and registered. A car taken to another country is not guaranteed. This condition is ensured regardless of whether the car is in the original or subsequent ownership until the end of the warranty period.
- According to the agreement of the parties, if a problem with the car has arisen while operating the car in another country, the official MG (Morris Garages) distributor in that country should be contacted.
